@itsjohnstoneofi@Officialspeedaf They did not resolve it. I actually did not need a refund, the product is what I wanted because there is increase in price. The company lack good management and everyone using them are taking risk. The reviews on them are really bad.
@Officialspeedaf Just know that I am serious about this case and I will ensure I got appropriate response. Also be mindful the kind of response you will cook up because this has cost me a lot and I will not let it slide just like other customers do.

@__arinola@Officialspeedaf The funniest thing is that they do not know the staff that made away with the parcel. Review online show the staff are good in misappropriating with customers order especially when their is increase in price.
@__arinola@Officialspeedaf The company lack process and control over their staff. Imagine my parcel got to Nigeria 7 days from when I placed the order, got claimed and shipped to them. The received the order since on the 16th of June and failed to deliver up till now.

@Officialspeedaf You haven’t declared it loss from your end. After requesting for a refund, Temu responded that they confirmed from you guys that the item has been packed and shipped to me, so the denied the refund. I reached out to your customer care and finally someone picked without hanging up
