CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES EDITS (Draft) by George Washington -The Senate will be suspended indefinitely and will have no say in amendment/article review and ratification due to lobbying and blatant corruption. -The Preamble will always remain -Amendments 1-10 Will remain exactly the same as the Bill of Rights with one change and that change being the word Congress will be replaced by The House of Representatives. -Amendment 11 -Amendment 12 Needs to be abolished as the Caesars will only need to be elected once by the public and will continue to be Caesars after death and during the resurrection process. -Amendment 13 Section 2. Congress will be replaced with The House of Representatives. -Amendment 14 Section 2. Section 3. Needs to be reviewed and ratified to include Caesars of the United States and Advisors of the Caesars of the United States and will need to change Congress to just The House of Representatives. Section 5. Congress will be replaced with The House of Representatives. -Amendment 15 Section 2. Congress will be replaced with The House of Representatives. -Amendment 16 Congress will be replaced with The House of Representatives. -Amendment 17 Will need to be completely abolished as there will be no more Senate. -Amendment 18 As AL Capone would say: What a joke -Amendment 19 (Of course, women should be allowed to vote.) Congress will be replaced with The House of Representatives. -Amendment 20 Needs to be reviewed and ratified by The House of Representatives and Supreme Court in order to fit the Caesar role and Caesar advisor role and will need to include the fact that the Caesars will be able to continue to rule even after death through the resurrection process. -Amendment 21 Me lol. -Amendment 22 Needs to be abolished as the office of President will be replaced with the office of Caesars. -Amendment 23 Needs to be reviewed and ratified to remove Senate and president roles as they will no longer exist. We will need to include that only the least populous state of the original 50 states of the Empire will be accepted. -Amendment 24 Needs to be reviewed and ratified by The House of Representatives to remove Senate and President/Vice President and to include Advisors of the Caesars who will be recommended by the Caesars and will be voted for and approved by the people. -Amendment 25 Once the Caesars are implemented, the 25th Amendment won't be necessary and will be abolished automatically. -Amendment 26 Section 2. Congress will be replaced with The House of Representatives. -Amendment 27 Senators will be removed entirely. Raises will only be decided by vote of the people and with approval of the Caesars. New Amendments will need to be debated and ratified in order to form a more perfect union and they will include the roles of the Caesars and Advisors of the Caesars and if The House of Representatives chooses to have then they will be able to ratify and include Advisors of the House and they will be elected by the people of states to serve under The House of Representatives. -The Declaration of Independence will always remain as a last resort option in case the worst happens and the current system of government in place becomes rendered inoperable and corrupted.
