@AirCanada you guys are absolutely the worst.

So now if you book flights with @aircanada and they dont sell enough seats on the plane they can simply cancel your flight and rebook you with no repercussions.

Again @AirCanada proves to be the worst customer service airline in Canada. 2nd flight in a month cancelled for 24 hours due to unforeseen circumstances.

@AirCanada any updates on when your call center will be able to accept calls again tonight?

@emily_greenexo @AirCanada Really though. Just cancelled my flight too. No reason. Suspecting it wasnt not financially feasible to send under sold flight.

@AirCanada the disastrous way baggage was handled in Toronto in transit to the US on August 7th has left us and 48 others without bags for the 3rd day now in Chicago and we are travelling onwards tomorrow. Your agents never call back

@AirCanada you cancelled my 18 yr old’s connecting flight from YYZ to IAD yesterday, lost bags, sent to offsite hotel after 5 hrs, food vouchers didn’t work, flight from YYZ this morning delayed 2 hrs, missed connection again & stuck in ORD, needs to get to BUR today. Help!!

Hi @AirCanada - I flew YVR-YYZ-ORD yesterday & my checked guitar didn't make it. Filed a report in ORD and was given a yellow copy but the agent did not include a file reference number. Been on hold forever & my event is about to begin. Suggestions?
