@2jatha @AirCanada Air Canada is the worst!!! They have no hospitality or desire to make things right. I really wish the Canadian government should stop propping up this airline and get real competition. They will respond to your DM's with non-relevant messages and not reply for clarification.

@AirCanada your agent at O’hare in charge of baggage is a real piece of work! After 3 days of trying to find out if my bags are there he tells me it’s not his job to go and look 😳😳

@AirCanada the disastrous way baggage was handled in Toronto in transit to the US on August 7th has left us and 48 others without bags for the 3rd day now in Chicago and we are travelling onwards tomorrow. Your agents never call back
