Went to Charleston today. Remembered why I could never live in a city! Love some of the buildings and historical finds. Can’t stay large crowds of people. It was my daughter’s State Gymnastics Meet (last competition of the season). I also got called “the N word” by some black guy trying to give my kids Palmetto Roses (I posted a pic of one below), after I told him “No” and to “Get away!” (I don’t like people walking up to my kids, besides… the trick is, they hand them out and then want $4 a pop after… we just had the same thing pulled on us 20 mins earlier, so we gave them back). Well, this guy didn’t like me telling him “Get Away!” He talked shit the whole time we walked away, calling me every name in the book, blah blah blah. I wasn’t about to talk back and have him get more aggressive, ESPECIALLY with my family there, so we got the fuck outta there. Glad to be home.
