@AmericanAir has completely ruined our months planned family vacation. We've been waiting to fly for 3 days, somehow other people have taken our seats after automatic rebooking without our approval. We are exhausted and exasperated.

@AmericanAir Did you know Phoenix and Tucson are 90 minutes from each other? I can drive to Phoenix. Why would you cancel my flight out of Phoenix when I only live 90 min away?
