Just back from walking round Paisley for #Renfrewshireopendoors weekend 2021 Saturday and Sunday. Visited a few locations and found them quite interesting including this one the interior of the Paisley central methodist Hall. A friend @jane_hamilton would find these fascinating.

Best thing about the C5 Premier Inn documentary - the reminder that English people use the word "jobby" to mean thingy / wee job rather than turd. First time I've heard a hotel keycard called a "wireless jobby" 😅

Totally rooting for @JoeyEssex_ to get the answers he needs from therapy and find a way to heal his heart. Tough watch but an important subject. Good on him. Did anyone else just break down when they realised he and his sister still refer to their mum as Mummy? 10 is so young.

@JulieAMcDowall Are you feeling better now? Two of my closest friends have just had babies - Maddie and Albie (Albert) - feel free to give them a taste!

OK, I've read too many cruel stories online and just started crying. Can I taste anyone's names? Might cheer me up.

Broke the mind-boggling news that "outwith" is a Scottish word to my middle son. Truly a rite of passage.

@PaulaCoyscot @DaniGaravelli1 This one blew my mind when I moved to England! Apparently they only say it about eyes... Oh, and skelf. They say splinter, apparently, which is much less pleasing.

@DaniGaravelli1 My English colleague didn't even realise it was a Scottish word as she's lived here so long & uses it naturally. We were both like 'but what did you say in England instead?' - no idea. How does an equivalent not exist!?!

On a scale of 0-100, how sure are you that God exists? (0 being certain he doesn't, and 100 being certain he does).

@oakley My husband was delighted with the crosshairs I bought him in 2020 as a gift but only had the chance to wear them two or three times before the lens popped out because of a defect. I have reported it and been told they're out of warranty / will cost £100 to replace. Why?

@Tommo_07 My husband has been unable to concentrate properly on what's going on cos he's *so* concerned about this. He actually said "go on Twitter and see what folk are saying about that guy's ears!" 🤣

@MagicStick I can tell you a story (from just yesterday) that would disprove this and warm your heart, pal. Hope you're ok. Remember, always look for the helpers!
