Quick Update: Last week, I covered a hearing where attorney Alan Jackson argued to get Special Prosecutor Robert Cosgrove removed from the case involving the seizure of 2 iPhones belonging to Karen Read in 2024. The Judge said he would issue a ruling I'm told the ruling is still pending due to the filing of new supporting paperwork the lawyers want considered.

Let’s be clear: this never happens. Normally, if a judge has a conflict, the case is simply reassigned to a colleague down the hall. In this instance, the entire district is totally locked out. The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals is now being forced to bus in an outside judge from an entirely different jurisdiction. Why the retreat? Think about it. If Mitch Snow’s reporting is accurate, and that meeting at Fort Huachuca with high-ranking military officials actually took place, the establishment cannot risk this hitting discovery. If this goes to a courtroom, subpoenaing those military officials exposes exactly what they are desperate to hide.

I’m watching the trial and in my honest assessment as a law enforcement officer, I can’t see anyplace where the evidence is “fabricated” or “fake.” The prosecution has the murderer ID’ed, they have him on campus, and the time stamps match up. Body cams do run out of power at crazy times, especially if you’re not charging them every day. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to do an emergency charge on my body cam because I forgot to charge it. Many cops can back that claim up. I’m not seeing it as a huge conspiracy. The Candacesexuals seriously need to reconsider the lies and accusations coming from Owens. She quite literally has nothing to back them up, especially now. Praying for Erika Kirk. I’ve stood with her from day one and I’ll continue to stand with her.
