@janerees1981 I can assure you that it was a coincidence that your internet has slowed since getting rid of the TV (unless the package has been lowered) could you please do a speedtest.net and post a screen grab of the results here ||ZM

@virginmedia It has been an inconvenience and this isn’t the first time. Virgin boasts fastest broadband, however the reliability is terrible. I am seriously considering moving supplier, the same I did with the over priced tv. As punishment virgin have slowed my internet so my now tv crashes

@janerees1981 The call lines are often updated before our online servers. As soon as there are any updates you would get the text messages. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused. ||ZM

@virginmedia No has replied, I called customer services this morning was told there is an issue in my area which you are trying to resolve, even though your website reports no issues?I have been with out internet for 2 days. I have asked for texts to update with the issue, no texts yet!!
