@Mayadiet_321 The weight difference is likely just muscle from weightlifting, and personally I’d rather be heavier in the scale because of muscle than fat, you can still look skinny with muscle, but not the other way around, and you do look smaller in the second pic

@dainty_soul I know! I’m just saying fruit isn’t completely “harmless”, some people try to lose weight by eating tons of fruit and cutting other foods, then wonder why the weight loss isn’t what they expected, but the sugar from the fruit still counts

@janesoftly You have a point since this bowl has about the same sugar as in a candy bar (20g), but fruit has fiber and nutrients and barely any fat, so it wouldn’t be equal. This was 130 calories
