If West Ham go down, I’d be looking very closely at Jarrod Bowen and Mateus Fernandes. Real quality there.
Also thoughts on Archie Gray and Lucas Bergvall, Liverpool’s win over Palace, and what to expect at Old Trafford this weekend.
And yes, Luis Suarez still had the finest single season I’ve seen at Liverpool.

🚨 BREAKING: Thiago Alcântara has signed a short-term deal with Liverpool until the end of the season. With Szoboszlai expected to fill in at right-back following Frimpong’s injury, Arne Slot has moved quickly to bring Thiago back in to add creativity and control in midfield. There is no doubt Liverpool have quality, but something is missing right now. Possession without purpose, a lack of clear patterns of play, and too many late goals conceded have raised serious questions.
