My first house was in Plano when I was employee and poor.
I paid 195K for a 4 bedroom 2700 square feet house this is not a joke.
I sold it when I moved to Amarillo for 500k.
Same house some poor sod bought I learned in covid for 700k 👀 🤯

Everyone who lives in this area knows the valuations were insane In recent years people would tell you to your face, “Zillow says my house is worth 600k, but I live here, I know how it was built, this is NOT a 600k house” Everyone knew it was too good to be true
