This couple was shooting a documentary in the Appalachian mountains alone at night. They were busy discussing a scene when they heard a whistle very clearly and away.
They know they were supposed to ignore it so they didn’t skip a beat and they kept discussing their plans when they heard another whistle, this time closer and on the opposite side of them.
They decide it’s too cold out and leave. They never acknowledge the whistle at all. Would you have stuck around and try to find out what caused the noise?

One can be naturally talented and not have to work as hard when young. When you step up competition, you have to increase training intensity. Factor in fame, cash, women....very few prospects in any sport, regardless of talent, have long careers much less long, record breaking careers
