Too many ppl seem to use Jira's breathtakingly incorrect definitions of story, epic, task—one way that using Jira distorts your process away from agility. What are they really? 1/7

@allenholub Please explain what you can estimate. Unfortunately work requires budgets to be approved, so people want estimates. What should we use to estimate on in your opinion

Neither stories nor epics can be estimated. You simply do not have sufficient information to do that. I suppose you could estimate programmer tasks, but there's not much point since you do not identify all of these before you start the work. 7/7
