my X account was suspended June I appealed 2 days ago using this template and got it back today. “I request a review of the permanent suspension of my account. I never intended to violate Rule X or cause harm to anyone. If there are any errors in the interpretation or context of the content, I am prepared to make corrections and fully comply with all of X's policies going forward. This account is important, and I hope this case can be reviewed” give it a try and hope for the best.

@sol_promise Got my main account back after 1.5 years of trying to appeal ! Would immediately received an automated answer each time i was appealing saying “after review your account will not be restored. No email to say it was restored . One day i logged in and was restored like magic.
