I publicly challenge @JoshPateCFB to a Lincoln-Douglas style debate on the merits of college football expansion. (I am Lincoln, he is Douglas.) We can conduct the debate in an out of conference home-home format. (Something which would be far more common in an expanded playoff.)

NEWS: LSU has finalized a deal to hire Ed Orgeron on Lane Kiffin’s staff, Orgeron’s agent Tzvi Grossman tells ESPN. Orgeron returns to LSU, which he led to the 2019 national title as head coach. Orgeron has a decades-long relationship with Kiffin.

Proposed amendment to SBTC Constitution:
“affirms the office, function, ordination and title of pastor/elder/overseer to be limited to men as qualified by Scripture. Title shall include any equivalents of the words pastor/elder/overseer, and preaching to the assembled congregation shall be an exclusive function of pastor/elder/overseer or biblically qualified men.”
This is a strong recommendation that closes loopholes, and deals with more than just title.

I would expect Georgia head coach Wes Johnson and Texas coach Jim Shlossnagle will be the leaders for SEC Coach of the Year and deservedly so. I’d would argue that Alabama head coach Rob Vaughn is more deserving than anyone. What he’s done as head coach is very impressive.

So proud of my boys. Their teams won the 10U and 7U league championships today. They both had great seasons.
Proud to say I had the highest ERA in 7U this season.
