@Pentadact Everything moves like a pawn but you roll a random handful of RPG dice first and your piece has to perform exactly that many moves. We’re talking 20-30 moves typically. Gonna see if we can mix in some running and screaming next time!

@jaredforshey I like the name! How does it work? My niece and nephew used to make me play ""Chess"" with them on a big checkered floor, which involved declaring yourself to be increasingly powerful made up units then running at each other screaming.

Set myself the challenge of designing a game that uses a chess set, a deck of cards, and a set of dice. First match was surprisingly fun! The 4-player variant might be A Bit Much.

Getting users to leave their VR headsets plugged in so they are fully charged, updated, and ready to use was a struggle for Meta. The increase in engagement might almost be worth paying for with a few cents a day store credit.
