@SamsungIndia @jagograhakjago @consaff Thank you @SamsungIndia, for finally accepting for replacement. Kindly requesting a bit more transparency and detailed status in future. Also, the customer care executives (although they've been VERY courteous) need to be consistent and standardized, in decisions, & information.

Ordered from @SamsungIndia Got a damaged one. CCare told visit service center for DOA certificate, after visit told not needed. CCare did 2 tickets (174467126 & 174481986), then blame me for it and not process replacement. @consaff @jagograhakjago kindly help in getting refund.

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I tried recharge again through AirtelApp BUT with different payment mode (DebitCard). Money debited; Success msgs on App and SMS from Airtel & Bank. But then 5-10min later app shows payment fail. PLEASE YOU ONLY TELL ME HOW TO RECHARGE.

Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve done recharge of ₹2698 on ‘AirtelThanks’ app on May 26,2021. Money debited; recharge not done; complaint raised & compliant closed (without resolving). Only automated answers on customer care number. My outgoing blocked. PLEASE HELP
