My long-form workflow, in order:
1. Find the strongest idea in the footage
2. Rebuild the structure around it
3. Cut every dead section
4. Add visuals only where they carry the point
5. Pull the strongest moments into shorts
6. Turn the same core ideas into written content
That's how one recording compounds into a month of content.

Most creators don't need to record more.
They need to extract more from what they already record.
One strong long-form video can become shorts, tweets, LinkedIn posts, Threads posts, newsletter ideas, sales page angles, and answers to objections you hear on every call — if the edit is built with that in mind from the start.

B-roll is not there to make the timeline look busy.
It should explain the idea, reset the viewer's attention, create an emotional moment, show proof, or make the point easier to follow.
If it does none of those things, it's filler. And filler doesn't help retention. It just hides the problem for a few seconds.

Made this for @AlinDragu
@AlinDragu has immense knowledge of copywriting but his videos seems too basic
Here's what I changed:
Added Motion Graphics that matched Alin's aesthetic and Identity.
Added captions and pointers for better understanding of Alin's message.

@karthikponna19 budget beats hype, what problem are you solving?

@Osmbproduction Light mode definitely looks more clean.
It feels like it has more negative space.
