Upon my return to Abuja, I was parked by a soldier on duty who asked where I was heading, and I mentioned FCT. He politely asked if could lift one of his colleagues to Abuja, and I said it was fine. When I was few meters close to Giri junction, I asked the officer his route, he was heading to Zuba while I was going through Lugbe axis to the town. I told him Zuba isn’t far. Transport is around 2-300 Naira. I asked if he was going to stop there(Zuba), or he was heading somewhere. He then told me he was going home to see for the first time after 10 months, his newly born twins. No permission was granted over the period. Sadly, he had to make the compulsory trip because his wife had called that one of the babies had died. And she urged him to come see the other twin in case he will die too. I asked him why he didn’t leave earlier than he left. He replied that he waited with the hope that salaries will be paid, since today is second, but it wasn’t, unfortunately. How then do you intend to make it, I asked him. He showed me all the money he had on him –4,500 which wasn’t even enough to get him to his destination. I could not help than give him 20k and I took his phone number, giving him my words that I will call to get information about the sick baby. I want to ask a question, please 🙏🏻 Are these the soldiers we expect to lay down their lives in our protection? You’re owing soldiers, and you want them to be effective while fighting insecurity? Twitter people are always looking to humble you. Apart from Davido, the people that donated N500k upward, I have a relationship with them. Somebody dropped N4m. 2 people dropped N3m, someone dropped N2m. Some dropped N1m. Some dropped N500k. They donated because of me. I had to keep the identity of big donors hidden because they didn't want billing. These things are done on trust. This happens with every donation because they trust me. There are some I have to inform when I'm raising fund because they are happy to donate when I call for donation. None of these people have called me a thief because they saw how the money was spent and how I always handle public money. Regardless of the amount donated, all donations are important because they are sacrificial. The people running their mouths are always people that didn't drop shit. People would see someone outrightly call somebody a thief and claim they are demanding accountability. Then start crying you blocked them. They can accept to be called thieves because they don't have integrity. I never thief person money before, so I'll not accept that label from anybody. I wan thief money and I dey update you about money donated in private? I go donate about N500k, come still steal from inside? They think everyone is like them that can stoop low to steal from the vulnerable. I'll not be humble. No be me dem raise money for, and I no chop anybody money. Their papa!

This girl Joy Ezeugwu has now been suspended indefinitely from today for raising public awareness of this terrible hospital Uwani health centre, Enugu. She is still a nursing student at Ezzy college of nursing, Enugu. She was suspended by her school.

You don’t get to put years of my hard work and everything I’ve built on the line, then dismiss it as an April Fool’s joke. That kind of misinformation has real consequences, and it affects not just me but the people connected to my brand. This also isn’t the first time something you’ve done something like this, which makes it even harder to overlook. If this behavior keeps being excused as a joke, it will continue to damage people’s reputations unfairly. At some point, there has to be accountability, this time you must be held accountable. This goes beyond a simple apology.
