@xkawai @CastroSupport Restoring my backup, would take FOREVER. I’m at that point where I’ve switched podcast players, and I’m just waiting for a damn update so I can export my lists. I’d be willing to stay a customer but the lack of communication is abhorrent.

@jasmeet @CastroSupport yeah i restored from icloud drive backup. it will restore the latest backup when you reinstall, you can try deleting backups more recent than the last time it worked for you?

@CastroSupport app won’t launch at all. You swipe into it, and it crashes out of the list of apps. Every relaunch just crashes out. Restarted iPhone, still crashes. Current iOS. Sent email but no response yet. Even tried off loading app and reinstall, no luck.

@xkawai @CastroSupport That’s outstanding! Problem is, I don’t think I can restore from backup, I’m backing up to iCloud. Everything gets overwritten day. If there was a way to edit the files on iCloud… I can see the files, but the content means nothing.

@jasmeet @CastroSupport i fixed mine: episode at top of queue was corrupted or something? uninstalled/reinstalled from backup made before that ep got to top of queue, deleted the offending ep, everything plays now

@xkawai @CastroSupport It’s effing frustrating. On top of that, no disrespect to Castro but their turnaround on this report has been atrocious. I haven’t been able to listen to podcasts for like, two days? I know, first world problem… but at least if there was some dialogue going here I’d feel better.

@CastroSupport @jasmeet omg this is me! iphone se (2020), ios 15.6. was able to open the app & resume an episode today, after the ep ended just silence. all attempts to reopen app just flash the screen & immediate crash 😭
