This is my experience with Opus 5 in a nut shell 😂 Its trying to be too smart to the point that it continues to make dumb decisions, get information incorrect, and try to overbuild things it never needed to build in the first place. To make it worse it also fails to properly follow instructions (in my Claude MD I have it required to always read official documentation before building which it continues to not do). I am not sure how it was benchmarked to be anywhere close to Fable 5. The difference is MILES apart... Thats my rant for today 😅

@frankdegods GPT 5.6 hallucinates a lot (significantly more than Fable) I’ve found the best combo of using Fable to plan and orchestrate GPT 5.6 within the Claude harness (spin up gpt agents on CLI). Codex alone makes too many mistakes and bugs

I am unbelievably excited to announce what I've been working on soon 😎 Its the first time in a long time that I wake up thinking about it, think about it all day, think about it before falling asleep, and then dream about it too. Mentally im as sharp as Ive ever been, with a level of consistency and discipline I've never been able to reach before. So many failures and lessons prepared me for this next phase. It really is beautiful how everything comes together in hindsight. It feels good to have something pushing me forward this strongly. Something I think could genuinely make a massive impact while helping others avoid the same mistakes Ive made. Pure poetry in the making ✏️

Yesterday the maybe most unexpected moment of my professional career so far happened. I was invited to the German Parliament to speak at a panel about Agent-To-Agent Payments using Blockchain. An absolutely unreal moment. The room was packed with politician & businesses. I spoke about our work with Masumi, the work with Serviceplan, how companies are hiring & selling agents on our agent marketplace today already and why we chose to build on Cardano. This is just scary... I have watched a lot of his videos and I can barely tell its a clone 😅 I had also created a video editing process with Opus 4.8 that works surprisingly well. Its all about persistence in telling it what you like or do not like. Theres a world where most video content in the next few years are all just peoples clones or fake avatars. You would say "hey thats crap I want the real person talking", but in reality you may not even be able to tell the difference. Imagine @MrBeast instead of spending $5m for one video, he can just clone himself, the AI generates all the crazy eplosions/actions, and he simply brain dumps all of his lessons/rules into an MD file so it can always follow his structures. I think in a couple years you wont even be able to tell the difference, but Mr.Beast will now have made a $5m video for $20 and 5 minutes of prompting.

Theres a new hack exploit every single week in crypto right now... I cant imagine what is going to happen once Claude Mythos comes out 💯 There is a gold rush for web 3 exploiters. I guess the only lesson here as a consumer is to not have all your money on 1 defi protocol. Even those "safe" 5% gains for stable coin liquidity providing is carrying a much larger risk than youd think. Spread out your defi interactions onto multiple protocols from multiple chains to hedge.

One of my biggest AI workflow unlocks lately: the Claude + Codex build/review loop 👇 One model writes the code, the other reviews it all while being orchestrated inside Hermes so it runs hands-off. I've tested both directions and Claude Opus 4.8 building with Codex GPT 5.5 reviewing wins consistently. Whats nice is you can use your subscriptions for it and not pay any API costs (I am using OAuth with gpt 5.5 for hemes and then it can spin up a claude agent on CLI also using OAuth) Worth giving it a shot if you havent already 💯

Wish I wasnt right about this one, but it looks like it will be the case for not just ADA, but most coins 💯 I personally lean on another +40-70% drop on the broader crypto market (especially if the stock market continues to correct) A lot of these MC/FDV are still stupidly high compared to the amount of revenue they are making and real usage. Prices seem low to us simply because of perspective of previous prices, but in reality even ADA at $0.15 is still a $5.5b MC. The market has transitioned from speculative value with the hope of future narratives to bring in more liquidity, to now real fundamentals needed to actually back pricing (which is a BIG mismatch). There is only so much token supplementation (treasuries/emissions) before it collapses on itself. This is where you will see a few huge winners such as Hyperliquid as they lead the adoption of on-chain equities (next gold rush). Hope im wrong on the larger correction, but imo there is still a lot of "cleaning up" to due and the only projects that survive the purge are ones that genuinely found PMF with revenues not bubbled in web3 alone (outside of a few outliers).

Couldn’t agree with this more 🤝 It’s the same thing I commented on @ZssBecker when he said building a personal brand is useless now… The story is the asset. It’s one of the reasons I’m so focused on building the story of the comeback with Jellycubes and also other plans I can’t talk about yet. There is no skill more important in the next 20 years than storytelling
