Day 9 of MC: tough start yesterday. My stomach was gurgling and not letting me sleep until 2h30am. The rest of the day was good. 1 more! :)

Day 8 of Master Cleanse: 10:34PM and I don't even feel that tired. a good day, with no glitch. No craving, no concerns. Life is awesome!

Day 7 of Master Cleanse: DONE! Got really tired around 6pm. Happy to be on Day 8! Feeling better! 3 more days to go! COME ON!

Day 6 Master Cleanse: I feel good and am now used to not eating food. I did not take a nap today & noticed a drop of energy in the evening.

Day 5 of Master Cleanse: Simply said I felt great. Lots of energy, focus and craving for food is starting to disappear... love it!

Day 3&4 Master Cleanse: I still am tempted to eat food. I think my smell buds are working overtime. Loving the energy though. #mastercleanse
