Pastor McKissic - thanks for engaging, I've appreciated a couple things I've seen from you in the past, and I think this is a pressing convo in evangelicalism. Quick correction and then quick response to your rebuke here: 1) As stated in the OP, I am not saying all Christians must vote Republican (although I do think that's the best strategy to defeat what the Left is becoming, and it MUST be defeated), but I *am* unequivocally and without reservation saying 0% of Christians should be voting for the current Democratic Party platform, yes. 2) We obviously don't determine truth and morality by the racial demographics of the people who believe things, and it is actually an overt sin to do so. If 90% of white people in South Carolina believed manstealing was ok in 1850, 90% of white people were just plain wrong. To paraphrase the passage: "Let God be true, and 90% of [white or black people] be liars." 3) Completely agree, the kingdom of God *is* above all. That's why we have to ask who is defying it. Very frankly, if you visit the DNC website and look at the publicly-stated policy proposals, you will see an infestation of abominable things they are openly advocating to enshrine into law as gross national sins. Then, visit the RNC website and look at their publicly-stated policy proposals, and you will see 0 things of that nature. 4) You have ventured a public rebuke of me, I beg you allow me the grace to issue a gentle suggestion as well: It is actually political idolatry to be more devoted to a historic racial group party affiliation than one is to righteousness. There is simply no justification for voting for the party that has/is openly seeking to enshrine into law... - The redefinition of marriage - ...Resulting in the placement of children en masse into perverse same-sex 'marriages', robbing them of mother and father - Transing the kids and the erasure of gender - Indoctrinating a generation of children into LGBT ideology via public school systems - Max-boosting infant murder and publicly cheering it as a moral good - The facilitation of the conditions necessary to commit mass voter fraud - Critical Theory lenses that lock people into learned helplessness mindsets endlessly, robbing generations of the confidence necessary to succeed and thrive - Open borders, resulting in the facilitation of a ~15M person lawless invasion of our nation - And now (as OP alluded) openly electing jihad-friendly Muslim Communists ... and all of his is in addition to the reality that *everywhere* this party is in power, the accomplishment of the Great Commission and growth of the church gets exponentially harder. 5) I have watched you from afar a little, and you are clearly a man of courage who is willing to be a lone voice of dissent. I pray God will use that in your life, and if it is true that 90% of AA are voting as you say (I don't know the stats), I pray God will raise you up as an anointed prophetic voice of leadership to change that. I realize this conversation has been "off limits" in our world for ~10 years, and I also very much realize having a conversation like this has cut me off from a large number of opportunities. I'm not an idiot (although you may disagree! ha!) But, I also believe this conversation has become a critical one for the good of the cultural inheritance we all hand our children and the cultural conditions we hand the future of the church for the accomplishment of the Great Commission. I pray it is helpful both to you and to onlookers in that regard.

Maybe someone needs to explain what "repentance" truly is (including turning away from sin and all worldly things), and what biblical modesty is. Being Set Apart from the World John 17:14-16 "I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. @chipgaines Modern Christian Culture... There lies the problem. U have labeled something that isn't the same as a Biblical Worldview. What is there 2 understand bout participation in sin? Promoting sin? Honest question. What is d definition of a biblical family, not a modern American one?

Talk, ask qustns, listen.. maybe even learn. Too much to ask of modern American Christian culture. Judge 1st, understand later/never It’s a sad sunday when “non believers” have never been confronted with hate or vitriol until they are introduced to a modern American Christian💔

The definition of Christian is SO blurry in American Christianity. Either stand on the standards of God's Word r don't. The proper interpretation of scripture is so important 2 the mainstream. Influence is great, but follow thru is a shallow, culture driven form of religion. #sad
