@jsadiq Not sure what you mean. What's your thinking behind using "wives"? How do wives figure in this solution?

@HiddenBrain @NPR I've not been able to listen to any of your podcasts on my iPad. The pop-up says "Episode Unavailable". Is there a problem?

As for the rape - Yes, it’s a crime. But if the victim choses not to be named and will not testify, there is nothing the police can do. 7/7

What we really need is a sexual harassment law. The current criminal system fails sexual harassment victims - worldwide. 6/7

3. Law enforcers’ motivation is to have sufficient evidence to prove a criminal case beyond all reasonable doubt. If police say there is no case, public may blame BFM for the firing. It can also hurt the defence against unfair dismissal. 4/7

2. Employers’ motivation is to keep the workplace safe against toxicity and harassment. They can fire without proving beyond reasonable doubt. Unfair dismissal cases only need proof on a balance of probabilities. 3/7

1. Not all sexual harassment is criminal. Perhaps it was not enough to require BFM reporting it. Also if victims don’t want to testify, there is no criminal case to prove. 2/7

Following @BFMradio's report that it has fired 2 employees for #SexualHarassment, some are demanding they make police reports. This can backfire. It may cause under reporting or discourage employers from taking strong action against harassers because (thread 1/7):
