New Prague police say a body was found during a search late this morning that is suspected to be Logan Sampson: "On September 9, 2025, at approximately 10:50 a.m., law enforcement located the body of a man in a field within New Prague. The body was located with the assistance of a law enforcement drone. This individual is suspected to be the same male reported missing on September 7, 2025. Since that time, multiple law enforcement agencies, first responders and members of the public were actively involved in search efforts. We are deeply grateful for the combined efforts of all agencies, partners and community members who assisted in the search and supported the family during this difficult time. Information regarding the identity of the deceased and the cause of death will be released at a later time by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office. This incident remains under investigation and no further information is available at this time. The New Prague Police Department was assisted in this case by the New Prague Fire Department, Scott County Sheriff’s Office, Shakopee Fire Department, Eden Prairie Police Department, Minnesota Search and Rescue Dog Association, Savage Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Investigation."

#MISSING: New Prague police are seeking the public's help locating a missing man, 24-year-old Logan Sampson. He is 6'2", 190 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes. Logan reportedly left his residence near the 600 block of Bernas Lane in New Prague on foot early Sunday, Sept. 7 while wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and black jogger pants. Call 911 immediately with any information on Logan's whereabouts.
