A few months ago I shared that my autistic son's school closed. He's been in 10 different educational settings in 6 years. He's back at his former public school and so happy. I'm done fighting the system. He's socially thriving, and academics we've kicked to the curb. #Autism

@OaklandAboveAll @notaguyfromsac His issue is with his handling of coaches. He should have given Anthony Lynn more time. He also hired Mike McCoy!! Brandon Staley is a super sharp guy and probably did fantastic in his interview, but he made a lot of bad in game decisions.

Sob day! I pulled my ASD son from the school he ❤️ due to major academic regression. Mon he starts a great special ed school. He cried when I told him. Broke my ❤️. But an IEP can only go so far. I know he'll thrive in the new setting. But adjustments can be hard. #Autism

A tough night for this autism Mom. My son who also has an ID, is struggling to function at a 1st-grade level in 3rd grade. Daily F's come home. His self-esteem is shattered. I'm about to pull the plug and put him in an ASD school. He has SO many friends he'll miss. I'm💔 #Autism
