What is Volume POC? POC stands for Point of Control. It's the price level where the most volume was traded during a given period. On the volume profile (those bars on the left), it's the fattest bar — the clearest level of agreement between buyers and sellers. In the chart above, the red dashed line is the extended POC. Notice price traded there, moved away, and has tested it. When price returns to POC it's testing whether that agreement still holds. If buyers and sellers continue to agree at that level, then we see rotation, acceptance and balance.  If price rejects the POC — breaks through it cleanly — that tells you something shifted. The old agreement no longer holds. Buyers no longer want to buy at that level, or sellers no longer want to sell. That's a change of character. That's when the next move happens. Most traders watch price action and ignore volume. POC flips that. You're watching where the market actually did its business, not just where price touched. Volume doesn't lie. It shows you where real traders were willing to transact — where they had conviction. Use POC with other confluence and find good profitable setups. Trading is about percentages—the profit or loss in dollars is just a function of your size. Whether you're trading a $10 account or a $10,000 account, the execution must be identical.
