FORMER HOME AFFAIRS MINISTER REVEALS WHY SHE ALLOWED CORRUPTION IN HER DEPARTMENT
Dr Nkosazana Zuma has revealed that when she was the minister of @HomeAffairsSA , her intention was to remove the borders of South Africa as a return of favour to the countries that helped during apartheid. Naledi Pandor who came after her, also revealed that she found home affairs officials selling SA documents from the boot of their cars without any accountability.
@tumisole They should run an x-ray and a gastroscopy.
I suspect they might have been kept for getting rid of bodies - torture or murder victims.
If nothing turns out do Mitocondrial dna Sequencing ( check for human tissue)
Just as a precaution put nothing past these chaps.

In today’s episode of things happening in Springs, the South African Police Service together with SPCA executed a search warrant where they found 2 Nile Crocodiles kept in a small pool without permission.
A criminal case has been opened against the owner who was not present at that time.

@MakhosiMnguni1@InsideOutNewsza Legally. It's not sound unless a link and a instruction from the accused, directing or hiring etc. The one who executed that intimidation act.
BREAKING: NPA Spokesperson Kaizer Kganyago reveals that the prosecutor in the Joe Sobanyoni case was on the way to court for the last appearance but was informed that he would be assassinated if he arrived.
@skhumali@Tina_Hokwana The court roll manager and the regional leadership can allocate the matters such that it addresses the backlogs.
E.g Grant bail to petty matters
& grant Protrected hearing dates to those matters.
Finalise guilty pleas...etc.
@Tina_Hokwana Why do SA cases take so long? Or is this a norm? Wouldnt it be better for them to work in a rotation system 24/7 365 days if the issue is just too many cases? Would that not help?
I read a judgment last night where an accused was arrested on 27 December 2019 for the rape of a minor, made his first appearance on 28 August 2020 and then convicted and sentenced on 16 February 2022 after entering a guilty plea.
@Sinawo_Thambo The solution we have been shown over the years... Courts.
To force them to deploy them in 3 working days.
Ask for costs as it is the norm lately.
Problem fixed
The Sunday Times headline is wrong, and our friends at the Sunday Times must be honest and not allow themselves to be instruments of Fikile Mbalula.
Mbalula is creating a fiction of infighting around deployment of ANC MP’s to the impeachment committee, and our colleagues at the Sunday Times are uncritically reporting that as if it is fact.
I mean he even gives you a “source” which gives you names that they are disagreeing about. Ordinarily he would have already released a statement condemning the reporting by Sunday Times as misinformation, why has he not?
The headline is not that the ANC has not deployed its 9 members to the impeachment committee because of disagreements between Mbalula and Mdumiseni Ntuli - it is that the ANC REFUSES TO DEPLOY MEMBERS TO THE IMPEACHMENT COMMITTEE IN ORDER TO DELAY ITS WORK
If the ANC does not deploy, the committee cannot start its work, and that is DELIBERATE!
@Pule_EM Dismissed vs struck off the court roll.
The matter is not dismissed it is struck off the court roll meaning it can be reinstated any day when the state is ready.
The accused rights of fair trail will be infringed upon.
Justice delayed is justice denied!!
Guys, Ace Magashule was charged on 13 November 2020, and until today, 19 May 2026 his trial hasn't started. That case has been postponed into its 6th year.
How do you strike a case off the roll on the second appearance? That judge must be arrested until we figure out the charges
@Mlu__N77 Section 195(b) talks to the promotion of all state resources to be efficiently, economically and effectively used.
Imagine the STFU, special skills soldiers, Npa, judges et al. on lifetime payroll.
Judges r permanent employees hence can b called to chair commissions @ any time
The former NPA boss, Mr. Shaun Abrahams, representing Joe Sibanyoni, who was the accused in an extortion case, raises important questions.
- Firstly, I am not saying that Joe Sibanyoni should not have had the right to legal representation. Section 35(2)(c) of the Constitution read together with section 73 of Criminal Procedure Act grants him that right.
- Secondly, there is nothing unlawful or improper about Mr. Shaun Abrahams performing his duties as a legal practitioner.
With that being said, there is something that does not sit well with me about a former NPA boss opposing the NPA after serving as its head. The drafters of the NPA Act should have foreseen this eventuality and made provision for it. For example, they could have inserted a section prohibiting former heads of the NPA from working against the institution after their tenure.
I write the above opinion knowing that almost all recent former NPA heads are now in private practice, namely Adv. Menzi Simelane and Adv. Mxolisi Nxasana, just to mention a few.

@lEsethuHasane@PetersWonderboy Wait until you hear the bandford story... You will understand how evil apartheid was.
Remember she was under house arrest in that town in the free state.
Mme Winnie Mandela didn’t have a seat at Mandela’s inauguration: was not even led by a Government official to her non allocated seat that she had to look around for in the amphitheater at the Union Buildings. The scenes of her looking and wondering around hurt me.

@behindtextdev@bello_folayemi@Simon_Ingari Standard procedure.....
All those who say they enjoy their work should stop getting "paid" and you will see the enthusiasm disappear on the spot.
Why should you get paid to "enjoy" what you are doing....?
Boss: Before you leave today, I need you to run the project report.
Gen Z: I can get that first thing tomorrow. It’s already 5:10 p.m.
Boss: I need it before the end of today.
Gen Z: If running your report early was so urgent, why was I not made aware of this earlier? The report will take about two hours to run and then another 30 minutes for me to organize the data before it’s ready to send off.
Boss: Great, get that over to me by 9 p.m. at the latest.
Gen Z:↓↓↓
@MatilisD@Megatron_ron Conducting the military operation(s)/"defence" within the legal or Rules of engagement (R.O.E) frame work of the geneva convention/international law acceptable norms.
Tehran always hit after the Us/Israeli kinetic action. (it's a defensive posture - in the whole conflict.
@Megatron_ron What's the point of telling them in advance? So they prepare with their laptops. All those companies must have cloud servers. Not a tech but just assuming.

After that they are going to start blowing them up.
The IRGC has threatened America’s top big tech companies in the region, including Google, Nvidia, Apple, IBM, Tesla, Intel and Cisco, accusing them of being abbettors in the American and Israeli aggression against the country.

@XoliMngambi@Annelle_Pearl The minister has CR's supposed "phala-phala" report- which they have "declassified" but not available to the public..?
The chap had CR "on half clutch"
Plus the campaign he ran in 2017...
Hence CR is like a damsel in distress.

@mello2Dworld@seamasha66@bozzie_t@maxwell_mncwabe Alimony (spousal up keep) . He got the girlie used to a certain standard of living which he must maintain after they seperate.
Remember they were married in community of property.
The order of tuned legal fees was granted by the court. Since she has no financial means to pay.
This judgment is going to push a lot of men away from marrying single mothers. Rightly or wrongly, it’s a brutal reminder that nobody walks into marriage expecting divorce — but divorce is a very real part of the landscape, and men are paying attention
@mello2Dworld@seamasha66@bozzie_t@maxwell_mncwabe The chap is well off.... One of her prayers to the court was a cost order to be granted in her favor for legal fees to be paid by theory joint estate (bank account)
@Sentletse Legally... Its impossible!
