As I stated earlier, ActionSA WILL NOT support the adoption of the report by any other method.
The draft report does not reflect the evidence before the Committee
ActionSA's position is that the draft report has been materially WATERED DOWN. It softens, qualifies or omits findings that the evidence plainly supports, and in several respects it reads as a summary of proceedings rather than a determination on the facts placed before the Committee.
ActionSA remains committed to a report that is credible, defensible and worthy of the seriousness of the allegations this Committee was established to investigate.
