Please Help Retweet 🌿 The Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) is challenging the inclusion of testimonies from Dr. Kory and Dr. Lindsay, citing late submissions. However, it's important to note that the HCCC initially only provided a report from Dr. K, a General Practitioner, as the sole expert witness against me. Only recently did they introduce Prof. Allan Granville, a transplant surgeon and pulmonologist, to testify in their favor. The HCCC, a government entity with extensive resources from taxpayers money, has unlawfully indefinitely suspended my medical license to practise for over three years, depriving me of my livelihood. During this time, my insurance company has inexplicably refused to support my legal proceedings, while seemingly backing other medical professionals. Why are they doing this to me? If the HCCC believes they possess substantial evidence for prosecuting me, why object to Dr. Kory and Dr. Lindsay's testimonies? Let's focus on the scientific discourse and engage in a healthy debate. If my license is to be revoked for 3-5 years, I deserve a fair hearing or maybe a trial by jury because I do want to be subjected to a kangaroo court proceedings. That is why I have asked for many people to come and witness my proceedings. Thus far, the HCCC has not adhered to the standards of a model litigant. I urge the HCCC to demonstrate fairness by not opposing the inclusion of my overseas expert witnesses, especially since I and my team did not object to their last-minute submission of Prof. Granville's testimony. Furthermore, it's worth mentioning that none of my expert witnesses are receiving compensation for their testimonies, while the HCCC's experts are. Would the HCCC be transparent with the public about the fees paid to their expert witnesses? I respectfully urge the HCCC to conduct themselves as model litigants and call upon the tribunal members to strictly adhere to their code of conduct. I also request that the President of NCAT ensures that all members operate within legal boundaries, maintaining impartiality at all times. It is crucial to address incidents such as the one on 24/10/24, where a member with a conflict of interest ordered the production of three years' worth of communications before recusing themselves just 24 hours later. I believe I am entitled to transparency and fairness throughout this process. The public is observing these proceedings closely, and it is essential for them to trust that the Tribunal ensures a fair and just process. For those who attend please bring a note pad and a pen. Please take notes and posts on social media daily to help me counter any false narrative that put forth by the MSM about the proceedings. Thank you everyone for your support. I love you all.
