The 49ers just waived the white flag for the 2025 season. Disappointing. They will still be competitive and should still make the playoffs. They’ll be a fun team to watch because they’ll play hard. Offensive reinforcements coming back will help. But without a serious pass rush, the defense will continue to struggle and they put a lid on how good they can be.
