Buffalo:
Would you sign-up for a GUARANTEED Sabres Stanley Cup this year if it meant Josh Allen NEVER wins a Super Bowl in Buffalo?
alternatively, you just let history play out on both sides and see what happens.

A lot of people keep repeating the same tired nonsense, over and over, as if saying it louder somehow makes it smarter. Meanwhile, look at what is actually being built here.
DrJ isn’t sitting around posting fantasies. He is putting real structure in place, and structure costs money. Real money. Bloomberg access alone is commonly reported at roughly $31,980 a year for a single terminal. $TXTM ‘s own OTC profile showed 30 employees as of January 7, 2026. That is not some ghost operation with a dream and a logo. That is payroll, overhead, execution, coordination, compliance, and infrastructure. Then add the company’s publicly announced preliminary Deloitte engagement tied to uplisting readiness. None of that is free, none of that is casual, and none of that is done for fun.
Then look at the actual business side.
The filings describe a seed multiplication agreement where seeds are planted, germinated, processed, and returned in greater quantity under the program. That is in the company disclosure. Add in the science, the multiplication program, the hiring around genetics and cultivation strategy, the extraction/IP side, and you start to understand why some of us have been patient while others keep crying over the clock.
Now layer on what the company itself disclosed in March… strategic liquidity arrangements involving BNY Mellon, Absa, Standard Bank, and Melville Douglas, along with custodial wallet pilot work and tokenization related initiatives. Again, people can mock all they want, but these are not the kind of names you throw around in official company communications if nothing is happening. Add in mainnet and tokenization, and it becomes even more obvious this is being structured for something far beyond the a penny stock game. Most people are still arguing at the surface while the company is building underneath them.
That is why I keep saying this, some of you are still looking at this like it is a regular OTC ticker, when what is being assembled IS much bigger than the usual penny stock circus. You do not have to like that. You do not even have to understand it yet. But acting like nothing is happening because everything has not been handed to you on your personal timeline is weak.
And let me say this part clearly.
A lot of us have had real tribulations the last few years. Real life. Real pain. Real financial pressure. So yes, I understand impatience. I understand stress. I understand what it feels like to be tired. But the people with no real pressure, who still spend their days whining, bitching, and poisoning the rooms while others are trying to stay focused, really need to get a grip. If you cannot handle the wait, then at least stop pretending your anxiety is analysis.
At this point, the job is simple… shut out the noise, recognize what is being built, and have the patience to let it finish.
Because we are close.
And when everything is finally revealed, all the back and forth from the usual loudmouths is going to mean absolutely nothing.
WE the People held through the storm for a reason.
Now strap on your big boy panties, stay patient, and let the work speak.

@jayK_47__ @lecrank73 @BawzRs $txtm I would not say "Doesnt include" cause it is in the genetics documentation the company gave up
Share holders should probably reread it to see potential whats to come
Also maybe research Mosanto - who kinda proved the model - what we may do

Let’s be real about this. For weeks and even going back into January, you were posting bullish $TXTM takes nonstop: “let’s goooo,” “hold for news,” “break that wall,” “won’t be OTC much longer,” “next to explode,” “great week,” “game time,” “multi-dollar stock possible,” even talking audits, IFRS, uplisting, Bloomberg type institutional access, and decoding Dr J’s posts. Now all of a sudden it’s “reading between the lines isn’t working anymore”? No, that just means you were comfortable reading between the lines when it fit your mood, and now you’re pretending none of it made sense. The bigger issue is you clearly never understood what you were looking at in the first place: BNY Mellon, Melville Douglas, ABSA, Deloitte, tokenization rails, and what mainnet actually signals. You bounced from hype, to doubt, to hype again, to mockery. That’s not analysis, that’s emotional posting. And let’s not forget, you said you already sold your 7K shares months ago. 7K shares. So why are you still parked here narrating every tick like you’re some major stakeholder? If you flipped your tiny position and left, then leave. Sitting on the sidelines taking shots at a stock you exited, after spending months pumping yourself up over the very same thesis, doesn’t make you credible. It just makes you inconsistent. There was a reason I had you blocked because nobody can make sense with you as a person.

English

@lecrank73 @AzureLain @BawzRs Because the buisness model for the seeds doesn't include selling them? Believe it or not that doesn't change what they're worth at all, just like any other asset. But according to GAAP logic they're worth $0 until a sale, which is quite literally not the case and a error.
English

@jayK_47__ @AzureLain @BawzRs Gold is gold, seeds is seeds. By that metric if you sold all your seeds at spot metric you'll all be rich. Why haven't u done it yet then?
English

@lecrank73 @AzureLain @BawzRs So if I have 100 bars of gold, by that logic, I can't claim spot price unless I sell one? That's basically GAAP logic for biological assets, and thus why the switch to IFRS is in the works. It's pretty damn simple how much they cost.
English

@jayK_47__ @AzureLain @BawzRs "spot price" can't claim spot price if they never sold a single seed. Also if all this were true it would make Dr J the richest man on the planet.
English

@lecrank73 @AzureLain @BawzRs "historical cost to the Company’s President and Chairman of the Board of approximately $1 per seed." The historical cost TO DR. J... "The spot price for similar seeds had a retail market price in the range of 15-25 euro per seed." Straight from the filings...
English

@jayK_47__ @AzureLain @BawzRs If u read a bit harder like footnotes, the seeds are recorded at HISTORICAL COST!

@jayK_47__ @BawzRs I been buying since June consistantly so safe to say I read between the lines
English

@AzureLain @BawzRs It should be mentioned that if you can read between the lines, the 500m is a drastically underpriced figure due to GAAP reporting standards not allowing full value of biological assets to be shown. There's a subtle line or two showing what the seeds really go for. Do the math...
English

@BawzRs I’d watch $txtm
Company came off CE , which was not their fault
Grew balance sheet from $0 to $500m without debt or dilution ever
Plans to uplist with connections to huge institutions as shown
Emphasis on the assets… no other otc compare imo

@B1TuckerCarlson @JabroniMurph @Thefactsdude They were being extremely professional and nice and it’s a tragedy that’s how it ended but the whole “they wanted to shoot him from the start” narrative is retarded. Professionalism and kindness until he tweaked out 🤷♂️
English

@jayK_47__ @JabroniMurph @Thefactsdude Just leave out the fact that it’s the officer’s job to secure his own weapon. What was his training for?
English

JUST IN: Rochester man in mental health crisis grabs officer’s gun and pulls trigger before fatal OIS
On March 11, 2026, Rochester police and a crisis response team went to an apartment for a report of a man experiencing a mental health crisis.
Officers spoke with 47-year-old Cleavon White, who was acting erratically and paranoid.
They decided to place him on a 72-hour mental health hold, but he refused.
During the struggle to take him into custody, White grabbed an officer’s firearm and pulled the trigger, causing it to fire.
Officer Josiah Duit then fired multiple shots, striking White.
White’s wife and five children were present and huddled together in the opposite room.
English

@B1TuckerCarlson @JabroniMurph @Thefactsdude To shoot people who grab and fire their weapon. If you watched that video and think “yea they were looking for a reason to shoot him” and not “they shot him after he tweaked out and grabbed their gun and fired it,” you’re doing some serious mental gymnastics.
English

@B1TuckerCarlson @JabroniMurph @Thefactsdude Just leave out the part that he fired an officers weapon after tweaking out and grabbing it 🤣
English

@jayK_47__ @JabroniMurph @Thefactsdude Until an investigation concludes that POV it’s subjective. The fact is he was unarmed when he was executed in his own home after calling for help.
English

@B1TuckerCarlson @JabroniMurph @Thefactsdude Well you said they were looking for a reason to shoot him which is bullshit so have a nice day.
English

@B1TuckerCarlson @JabroniMurph @Thefactsdude He discharged one of their guns so they reacted ? Doesn’t seem like they wanted that to happen at all lmao.
English

@jayK_47__ @JabroniMurph @Thefactsdude They were looking for a reason to shoot him but hey every action has a reaction.
Some of us know where this leads.
English

@B1TuckerCarlson @JabroniMurph @Thefactsdude We must have watched a different video, they were literally being super nice and trying to get him to the hospital for some help.
English

@B1TuckerCarlson @JabroniMurph @Thefactsdude Brother they were handling this well mental health crisis are no joke and they tried everything before he started tweaking and grabbed their gun. What actually is supposed to be the outcome here after that happens let him have it ? 😭
English

@JabroniMurph @Thefactsdude It’s called not being a Bootlicker
English

@jayK_47__ @ByMHarrington Lol. No idea what you're talking about. Take a lap.
English

@jayK_47__ @ByMHarrington Journalists can write articles about a team being bad. Real ones don't name call. That's what fans do. Mike is a joke.
English

@jimmy_19821793 @ByMHarrington Journalists call it how it is and if you think calling a leafs/rangers game a toilet bowl is too harsh you mind as well bury ur head in the sand sports aren’t for you. Lmao
English

@jayK_47__ @ByMHarrington Donkey take. Fans are supposed to do that. Not journalists.
