To say i’m proud is an understatement. 8 months ago my dad was 280lbs. He went on a weight loss journey and is sitting @ around 220. He made it his goal to bench 225 before he turned 50 (December) and he hit that today. He is truly where I found my work ethic!! Love you dad!!!
