@CTCTHelp Cannot believe zero customer service assistance on the weekend. We have an email list of 4,000 names and when we send an email campaign it shows "sent" (which I believe is completed) after just 500 emails have been sent. Why?

@Delta I do not own a gun, but I will end my relationship with Delta and I will fly my 70,000 miles a year elsewhere. Companies who try to capitalize on the tragic headlines of day are not the kind of companies I wish to support.

Delta can reroute passengers manually, but with their computers down it will be a slow process.
