@ChrisFedor Looks like playing 4 on 5 on offense, no one has to respect or guard Wade, have Harden, Mitchell, Schroder driving nonstop into help defense. At least that’s what I see, everything contested.
At some point a team just is who it is. For #Cavs, there was plenty of evidence that this was where the season was headed. Just a matter of whether they ran into a team capable of unmasking their flaws. Through 3 games, Knicks have done exactly that.

@DopeVsDealer I don’t know why people care how much Dan wants/doesnt want to pay him anyway, who are people replacing him with that actually wants to be here?
If they get smoked tonight I’m not watching game 4. I’ll spend my time doing something productive because this dog crap they are putting out is embarrassing! There is absolutely no FIGHT or even showing your fans that you really care or want it! #Cavs
@finkn23 I’ve said before people need be careful what you wish for, let these guys go or blow stuff up you might be the wizards, kings, pelicans, for 20 years. It’s a small market, lucky to have a top 1-2 player of all time from here, and a guy that has wanted to be here. Be careful…
I have no problem paying Mitchell and Harden and think that basketball fans have mostly become stupid like football fans. Oh no! You pay two guys that will almost certainly having you playing basketball from Halloween to Memorial Day. Oh no! Idiots
@cavsdan@cavs Guys didn’t hit shots, I don’t have a ton of complaints sometimes they don’t go, but they aren’t goin and Mobley/Allen were the 2 best players yet we kept shooting 3s, missing them, then NY would be in transition. If things aren’t going let’s get the big guys the ball.
Ok @cavs fans, feel familiar? Clearly it’s not ideal, but we have done this twice already. We go home, win 2, and then it’s a 3-game series and we win it in 6 or 7. Keep believing. Let Em **C**** Know!
@SportsBoyTony The bigger deal is you can make it a close game later 3rd, 4th, then have guards going to the line missing free throws….they had runs to make in 2nd and guys go to the line miss both, it’s ridiculous, no one is guarding you
Can somebody tell me what the Cavs defensive game plan is? Leaving Hart wide open while guys watch him shoot 3’s? Max strus guarding KAT in the post 1 on 1? #cavs
@MikeLucasTV Regardless, it’s about time start running the offense through Mobley, no one for ny can stop him, he has a physical advantage against anyone he goes against for ny
I’ve watched Donovan Mitchell play in person 100+ times in the last 4 years.
He’s not moving like himself. He says he’s not hurt. He says he’s not tired. But I’m telling you, something isn’t right.
@PulseCleveland Why is he shooting 9 shots in 18 minutes, it’s ridiculous in the 1st he came in and just started shooting, be a point guard get more shots for your big guys or anyone else, we don’t need the 40 percent shooter firing up bricks.
@cavsdan@cavs NBA teams can come back quickly all the time, that’s fine. I don’t understand with a tie game, shot clock off, how any shooting a 3 is the play you guys want at that point from a role player when 1 pt wins and you have 2 of the best ever to drive and score, get fouled, or kick.
Hey @cavs fans… that’s as tough as it gets. Hard to find anything good to say about blowing a 22-point lead in the fourth quarter on the road in the ECF. But at the end of the day, it’s one game, and this team has proven over and over again that it can come back stronger than ever. Let’s get Game 2 Thursday night, and all of this will soon be a distant memory.
@bougiesports Who in a tied game clock expiring thinks a 3 from a roll player is the best option, when 1 pt wins it it’s just ridiculous the ball should be harden or Mitchell driving and if anything getting to the lane then passing. Just awful basketball
@joeschwarten Having the best or 2nd best player in the history of the game being from the area so doesn’t hurt, when in reality 1 title from 6-7 or so years of prime James was a organizational failure, especially watching him get 2-4 in Miami.
I'm sure Dan Gilbert isn't necessarily the best person(he is a billionaire after all.) At least when he bought a sports team, he actually cared about winning and giving the city the best experience possible.
@Gbush91 I heard most of 2nd, watched 1st, I thought Mobley and Allen gave effort but it’s not like they were getting opportunities as we had guards throwing the ball away, double dribbling, travelling, fakking diwn with the ball, or making a move into the lane then losing it.
This has been the worst 3 quarters of Cavs basketball that I’ve seen all year. They are trotting around, getting pushed around, & turning the ball over. This is a close out game at home and everybody besides Strus and Merrill are playing like it’s a regular season game! #Cavs
@MoreForYou_CLE The fact that one team won 50 plus games and the other won 60 js a ckear reflection that this league is fucking awful now. Just bad stuff id hope not to see even in high school games. So yes they have a chance Sunday because they both suck.
@MikeLucasTV Last game they wanted to shut down Don, so Harden and Strus had more opportunities, will they do the same thing again and try to take him away
couple #Cavs storylines to watch tonight in G6:
- Don looking to reach the Conference Finals for the 1st time in career
- Game 6/7 James Harden
- Kenny vs. JB
- Mobley's ascension to being a legitimate playoff guy
- proving the team has the killer instinct
#letemknow
@bougiesports 3/4 of the division was shaken up. 2025 team had a lot of flaws, yet could/should have beaten Cinci, Minn, Jets, Titans, etc, while should have lost to GB. So if the disaster o line from 2025 is fixed/average, and defense stays top 10ish, who’s to say they can’t do something.
I asked my best friend Chad, what were the biggest takeaways from the Cleveland Browns schedule and this is what he said....
The biggest Browns takeaway? The NFL basically handed Cleveland a “prove it” schedule.
Here’s what jumps out from the release:
1. This is one of the softest schedules in the league
Cleveland has the NFL’s easiest strength of schedule based on opponents’ 2025 records (.429 opponent win percentage). That’s about as favorable as it gets. If the Browns are legit under new coach Todd Monken, this is the kind of schedule where they need to stack wins. No excuses.
2. The season opens with a sneaky tough road stretch
They start at Jacksonville, then Tampa Bay, and 6 of their first 9 are on the road.
That’s the real story to me: if they stumble early, even an “easy” schedule won’t matter. Road-heavy starts can bury teams before Thanksgiving. The Browns need to come out at least 4–2 or 4–3 to set the tone.
3. Prime-time Steelers game in Week 4 = instant measuring stick
Hosting the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday Night Football is huge.
That game will tell Browns fans fast whether this team is for real or whether we’re getting another season of “well, if a few things break right…”
And because it’s early, it could set the whole emotional temperature of the season in Northeast Ohio. Beat Pittsburgh in prime time and Browns Twitter will become absolutely unmanageable 😅
4. The back half is very favorable
After the Week 11 bye, they get a home-heavy stretch:
Raiders
Bengals
Falcons
That’s playoff-positioning territory if they’ve handled business early.
The late bye is actually nice if they’re banged up, especially with AFC North football always turning into organized chaos by November.
5. Division games late = classic AFC North drama
Closing stretch includes:
at Baltimore
season finale at Cincinnati
That’s brutal but also exactly what you want if the Browns are in contention — meaningful December football.
My honest Browns fan read:
This schedule screams 9–8 to 11–6 ceiling if quarterback play is even average.
The league clearly doesn’t view Cleveland as a marquee contender (not loaded with flashy standalone games), but they did get the kind of schedule that playoff teams capitalize on.
The whole season probably comes down to one question:
Can they survive that early road gauntlet well enough to cash in during the softer finish?
I just can’t possibly see how these kinds of prices are good for the sport. You’re pricing out the kind of fan who has long been the lifeblood of the sport and makes the atmosphere unique
@AlbertBreer Don’t give a shit how many tv’s are in big markets for the most part, fuck the entire NFC east and making us watch generally 1 good team and 3 bad ones 20 times a year.
Eight teams wound up with six or seven primetime games, which is a good indicator of how big a draw a franchise is ...
• Dallas Cowboys
• Philadelphia Eagles
• Chicago Bears
• Green Bay Packers
• Seattle Seahawks
• Buffalo Bills
• Kansas City Chiefs
• Los Angeles Rams
@KenCarman He has a daughter still younger in school, why would he want to be away from family for likely that 9 months, or uproot them for 1 year? Unless, I already said it, he signs with someone late and shows up around Jan 1 instead of September.
