I'm having a hard time trying to determine what kind of bounce, if any, $XRP gets if/when the Clarity Act is passed. It seems like it almost has to happen. There are real deadlines approaching for implementation, and these assets must have deep enough liquidity to handle those flows. When I run the numbers for just the DTCC, mid 2 to low 3 digits seems necessary. Heck, I can't even rule out 4 digits by next year if everything goes live. $XRP holder's have been waiting years for this moment. The new system has been taking baby steps. Now we are about to see if it can run. It really does seem like $XRP will be one of the necessary assets to handle non dollar denominated legs of settlement. There aren't many other options.
