3 months ago I released a new app just for fun Today it hit $30K/mo but honestly i couldn't care less. I've now done this so many times now, its just not exciting anymore. What I do get excited about? Hopping on calls with founders once a week. Helping them get their first 1000 installs or their first profitable meta ad. I take the occasional random call. Maybe coached about 15 or so people, but I want to do more of this. Should I start 1:1 coaching program? Or a course? or just keep responding to random DM's?

building a non vibe-coded feel app has never been easier with Claude Design. Aside from worrying about rate limits, using it to design a wireframe off inspo then sending over to Claude Code for wiring is an absolute game changer.

No way I'm sharing this for free I just found a tool that lets you drop a whole video template into Claude and it breaks it down for you clip by clip. then Claude can swap the character for a new one rewrite the entire script in your tone even make the video longer if you want. the crazy part is it does it all in one go from your conversation. Going viral isn't the end all be all: I screwed up by going viral in a low purchase power niche. High ticket sales converted poorly. Always assess TAM and market purchasing power before choosing to enter a niche. 3. ICP over everything: Speak to one person and one person alone (FYI, this doesn't need to be your younger self). Address the pain points, dream outcomes, and non-obvious shower thoughts that your ICP may have. 4. Become the face of one thing: Wealth & wisdom? Naval Ravikant. Science-based lifting? Jeff Nippard. Longevity? Bryan Johnson. Make money online? Iman Gadzhi. Entrepreneurship? Alex Hormozi Hybrid athlete? Nick Bare. Pick a domain, become the face. 5. When something works, repeat it: Most creators are afraid of reproducing content in fear of audience fatigue, It doesn't happen that easily. Double down on working formats, topics, and angles until your viewers tell you that they're sick of it.

Career fairs are overrated. I'm 21. My resume hasn't been updated since freshman year. In that time, I: - built a personal brand to >180k followers - founded and bootstrapped a mobile app - joined a circle worth $100M+ - in the process of negotiating salary at an AI startup that pays more than any Big Four All while still in college. And the funny part? None of it required a resume. "Resume-maxxing" and "Connection-maxxing" are games for people optimizing to be chosen. The people who actually get chosen are too busy building something worth finding. Pick the one thing you're actually obsessed with. Go deeper than anyone around you is willing to. The work finds the person doing the work.
