@Kaplan4Oakland Homeless interventions could be considered, but there is ample land available to retain the building as a sports venue. Maybe a female rollerball league could augment female basketball.

The Arena is a building already setup for basketball, and should be used and generate jobs and revenue. A lease for a WNBA team, in an existing building, doesn’t prevent other things being on property, and on surrounding properties Oakland owns. (County/A’s co-own this parcel).
