The work for Cheltenham really starts when the jumps season gets going in October. But it was around the end of December when the serious preparation began. 34 Cheltenham articles later, countless posts, numerous races studied, 1000's of replays watched, pace maps built with sectionals and RaceIQ data analysed… And tonight I’m finalising my selections for Day One of the Cheltenham Festival 2026.
