I don't know why I decided to ask Lisa Murkowski about this when I caught her on her own instead of about SAVE or Makrwayne Mullin, but the look on her face reacting to Trump's comments saying people with learning disabilities shouldn't be president will stick with me.

It's been two months since the Senate passed the DEFIANCE Act, which would allow victims to sue people who make nonconsensual deepfake AI porn of them, by unanimous consent but the House has not even taken it up for a vote. AOC, Josh Hawley and Lindsey Graham support it.

For those who don't know, legislation almost NEVER passes by unanimous consent in the Senate. That means nobody–NOBODY–objected. Not Tuberville, not Cruz, not Mike Lee. Paris Hilton is lobbying for it. So what's the hold up?
