@Soul54121 @JustNatanel Like i said before, the processor is designed to be capable of running at TJ Max 24/7 without risk of damage or deterioration. These chips can intentionally and safely run at 95c. Your room heating up is an unrelated but real issue tho lol

@jaykisawesome @JustNatanel no if youre cpu is at 95c for sustained time A youre room will become a sauna and B its less power efficient will not boost the same and might damage with prolonged exposure its not designed to have temps at >90 for any normal apps

This is why the 9800x3d is the best, almost 400fps in fortnite while the cpu is a 96c and still boosting to 5.2ghz. this cpu just always seems to amaze me

@Soul54121 @JustNatanel ur prolly right, their cooler might not be totally up to snuff but doesnt really change the fact that the chip is designed to run at 95c comfortably. if theyre getting 5.2ghz sustained at 95c then its no real issue

@SavageRoll @CNFangirl not really, eBay gains nothing from banning sellers that 'technically' aren't doing anything wrong, and reports are definitely not gonna get sellers banned for stuff like this. at most the listing might be taken down and even then eBay loses money doing so.
