#MWE First time listening properly - sure I’ve heard all these before somehow. East Coast takes on the West Coast at their own game: namely, excellent funk samples. Tales of sex, violence, and depression. Always loved Everyday Struggle. Unbelievable is great, and new to me.

#MWE Didn’t have it on my list but fuck it. I have some kind of aversion to hearing LR backed up by something beautiful, which put me off Transformer as well. This album is full of musical beauty but apparently the lyrics are not. Maybe I just need to appreciate the dissonance.
