5/12/26—Zi's Statement Hi, it's Zi. First off, I want to be clear. I do not have full knowledge of every detail of the situation. I can only speak to what I've seen, and what I've seen is enough for me. I'd like to thank you all for your support throughout my journey. It means a lot to me. I am addressing this now because I feel like I owe you all transparency regarding my former association with "Vegito". He was there from my first days back on Twitter. I felt like he was an okay person. Genuinely. Our interactions were limited to a few DMs (from a few months ago) and comments under some posts. During the "foid" drama, I did not feel like I needed to get involved. I felt as though maybe someday he'd change. He'd grow. I gave him that benefit of the doubt. I can no longer do that. What he has recently issued, an "apology or some shit" he calls it, is not an apology. To me, it feels like a defense with a sorry slapped on in the end. Regardless of what he did or didn't know, the fact that his first instinct was to defend someone against accusations of pedophilia, without any question or hesitation, tells me everything I need to know about his judgement. What makes this worse is that prior to his apology, he was actively arguing against having the Space recorded. A Space that, as has since been confirmed, concerned an account with CSEM on it that was given to a minor. He didn't know this at the time, but that is exactly the point. He argued against accountability measures for a situation and person that he did not fully understand. This is not a gray area for me. I do not stand for or accept people who defend, or are, lolicons, shotacons, or pedophiles. I never have, and I never will. That is not a value I am willing to set aside for anyone, including those I used to consider "oomfies". I wish him no harm. But going forward, I cannot and will not be associated with him or his account. I am always grateful for the interest and support you have shown for me and my page. I will continue to ensure that the space I occupy on this platform and the community reflect the values I hold. —Zi
