Disappointing to see Missouri Bright Flight scholarships cut by 1/3 by @GovParsonMO. This merit scholarship helped keep some of Missouri's best and brightest students in state for college.

Bright Flight, a Missouri scholarship for students who excel on the ACT, has had its individual rewards reduced by upwards of $1,000 by @GovParsonMO. This will necessarily mean that students who were only just able to afford college, will not be able to attend.
