except that is not the case in the US, if you work you have access to health, and for those that can't, that's what Medicare is for. So don't pretend people don't have access to medicine in the US because it's simply not true. The use health care system is far from perfect, but works far better than the health care system in those countries, otherwise, if it was so good, there wouldn't even be the need for private health care in those countries.
