OGenie (@OGTripleMedia) - Deep Look! I'm a PROUD holder of 4 Genies and I have vibing with @NftBroc for a long time now - he is an outstanding founder and guy in general. I’ve just properly gone through OGenie from start to now and I don’t think people realise how much has actually gone into this. This started back in September 2023, not even as a straight NFT drop, but from building OGTriple Media. The idea was always bigger than just a collection. They wanted a digital universe, something built around IP, collectibles and world building, not just another classic PFP. At first it was just meant to be a main character, but the more they explored it, the more it turned into something deeper. They weren’t asking “how do we sell this?”, they were asking “why does this world exist?” and “what makes it different?”. That’s a awesome mindset to have IMO! Then in March 2024 they brought in @NOMOZ_X, not just to draw, but to help build the world from the ground upwards. And at that point they already knew the PFP needed something more. Not just another character, but a companion. Something bigger. A guardian. Inspired a bit by things like Azuki Beans, but they wanted it to feel ancient, powerful, like a forgotten deity stepping into a modern digital world. By June 2024, they started building OGenie properly. and I mean properly. They went through everything… shoulder width, arm proportions, tail shapes, torso length. It took nearly four weeks just to land on a design that actually the felt happy with! From there, they spent the next nine months refining everything. Traits, silhouettes, expressions. Making sure every part of the character actually contributed to something that felt alive and not just randomly generated. They generated 15,000 OGenies and manually cut that down to 5,555. One by one. Three weeks of going through them, applying their own rules around aesthetic balance, colour cohesion, trait relationships, even things like how the hands worked together. They even said there were moments they wanted to increase supply because they liked too many, but they stuck to the number to protect the integrity. By March 2025 the collection was technically complete, but they still weren’t done. They had to bring the 1/1s to life as the “original gods” of the universe, and the dev team built the whole “rub responsibly” reveal system. Fully random, with custom safeguards, so everything was fair! Then the mint came in May 2025… and it wasn’t smooth.cMomentum stalled, promises got broken, things didn’t go how they expected. But instead of fading out, they adapted. They created their own moments, built experiences, tied mints to rewards and activations, and slowly built a rhythm back into it. People and teams get things wrong, but coming back stronger is where growth is made! Then November 2025 they dropped one of the better art activations I’ve seen. 29 artists, 40 unique 1/1s, all hidden inside unrubbed lamps. Each one tied into the lore as different versions of OGenie across the Web3 universe. And the whole point of all of this was about building IP, building something they own, something that can grow into a bigger universe. Now look at the data alongside it 👇 The holding times are strong: 1 - Avg days per holder: 114 days 2 - Median days per holder: 112 days 3 - Avg per NFT: 100 days 4 - Median per NFT: 96 days And then the diamond hands chart is basically split, with just over half of holders never selling. Around 51.6% holding, 48.4% selling. That’s a really solid base of conviction. Then you look at what’s coming into 2026… They’re talking about benefits tied to each asset, a badge and points system, potential equity opportunities, IP expansion with a proper studio, physical collaborations, and more access tied to the PFPs. So it’s not slowing down, it’s building out. BULLISH on OGenie!!!
