@totalwireless you all should do better I cannot get ahold of anyone on your customer service and then I go into your store to be harassed ??

@totalwireless not only did their customer service give me conflicting accounts about what's going on w/ my new phone but they gave me no type of resolution to the problem they admitted it will not be resolved they also told me I'd have to wait another week before I can get info.

@totalwireless I've been a customer with you guys for 2 years and when I tried to upgrade my phone online I come to find out you took my money for the upgraded phone. I'm on week 2 with no phone or information on where my order is... Wtf?!
