Just a coincidence, nothing to worry about. No mention of the fact that Putin ultimately answers to the same global network as Trump, Xi, the EU hierarchy, and the AI tech oligarchs, and thus the direction of AI in Russia for example mirrors the direction of China, the US and Europe, etc., etc. Another coincidence not to worry about, or think is relevant.
