Neon is 100% over tuned rn but I don’t think the problems relies with neon, like all the other util based agents/sentis are bad now so neon just gets stupid value.
It’s just chamber and clove EVERYGAME so you really can’t stop a neon from running your shit down unless you shotgun

How to fix current meta imo:
- Remove 1 Yoru TP, has to get 2 kills to refresh
- Waylay hinder effect strength is scaled to distance from center
- Buff Cypher trips so kill trips are viable again
- Give Vyse flash info back
- Revert initiator cooldowns and give Skye small buff

If Riot listens to all the people asking for more nerfs they will kill the game. You have to buff things and make agents to counter stuff that is strong. Otherwise you get a very bland game with characters that have no flavor and nothing interesting to work with.
